Return for withdrawal

For online purchases made on the website, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying reasons, within 14 days from receiving the product. To exercise this right, please fill out the Return Request form, which you can find by clicking here, before the withdrawal period expires. Alternatively, you can send a registered letter with return receipt to DB srl, Via Trentola 40/C, 47122 Forlì, or send an email to dorelancertificata@pec.it. Once we receive the return request, our customer service will contact you and provide you with the return authorization to be attached to the merchandise to be returned to DB srl - Via Trentola 40/C, 47122 Forlì.
Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the original packaging (or similar) must be used, complete in all its parts to ensure the integrity of the products during transportation.

Please be informed that in the case of a return, it is not possible to request a replacement of the purchased product.

Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days from when the returned product is received by the company after the necessary checks. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer during the purchase. Therefore, it is not possible to issue a refund using a different payment method from the one used at the time of purchase.
