Guarantee
The Seller guarantees:
- The conformity of the Products sold to the declared technical characteristics and, consequently, the absence of defects that may hinder the intended use of the Products;
- The conformity of the Products to the safety standards applicable to them once they are placed on the market.
- WARRANTY FOR CONSUMER CUSTOMERS
1.1. Consumer Customers (i.e., those who purchase the Products on the Website for purposes unrelated to their entrepreneurial, artisanal, or professional activity) are entitled to all the rights provided by the Consumer Code regarding the legal warranty of conformity.
1.2. In the event that the Product is affected by defects or non-conformities, the Consumer Customer has the right, at their discretion, to have the defective Product repaired or replaced, without any charges, unless the requested remedy is, for the Seller, impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the other. If replacement or repair is not possible, the Consumer Customer retains the right to an appropriate price reduction or a refund of the amount corresponding to the value of the Product, upon returning it to the Seller.
1.3. If the Consumer Customer wishes to exercise the above rights, they must contact the Seller using the following form. The Seller will respond to the request within 7 (seven) working days of receiving it.
1.4. The legal warranty of conformity does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear due to the use of the Product. Similarly, the legal warranty of conformity does not cover defects or faults resulting from the Consumer Customer's use of the Product that is not in accordance with its intended use, as well as what is specified in the technical instructions related to the Product.
1.5. The Seller is responsible for any potential non-conformity defect that manifests itself within two years from the delivery of the Product. The action aimed at asserting any defects, not deliberately concealed by the Seller, is barred within twenty-six months from the delivery of the Product.

2. WARRANTY FOR NON-CONSUMER CUSTOMERS
2.1. Non-Consumer Customers (i.e., natural or legal persons who act in the exercise of their entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity) have the right to avail themselves of the legal warranty provided by Articles 1490 and following of the Civil Code.
2.2. In the event that the Product is affected by defects or non-conformities, the Non-Consumer Customer is required, under penalty of forfeiture, to report any defects in the purchased Product within eight days from the discovery.
2.3. This warranty is valid for a period of one year from the delivery of the Product. After this period, the Seller will no longer be responsible for any defects or faults of the Product.
