In compliance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206), all Dorelan products are covered by a legal warranty of 2 years starting from the date of delivery, which ensures the consumer against any lack of conformity. 

Dorelan products are designed to last a long time, and for this reason, in addition to the 2-year warranty provided by the Consumer Code, Dorelan offers an additional 3-year warranty on many products.* 

It should be noted that, for customers who do not fall under the definition of consumer (e.g., companies or professionals purchasing), the warranty applied to Dorelan products follows the provisions of the Italian Civil Code for business-to-business (B2B) relationships. In this case, the warranty for lack of conformity is valid for 12 months starting from the date of delivery. Any defect must be reported within 8 days of discovery, as provided by art. 1495 of the Italian Civil Code. 

The aforementioned warranty will only be valid if proof of purchase has been retained.
